## What you need

- Calendar
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Notion
- Slack

## Permissions

- Read selected meeting notes or transcripts
- Read attendees and calendar context
- Draft tasks and follow-up

## Safety boundary

Unclear ownership or deadlines are returned as questions instead of being inferred.

## Setup

1. **Choose meetings.** Limit the routine to selected calendars, meeting types, or tags.
2. **Select the record.** Use approved notes or transcripts and define the destination for tasks.
3. **Resolve ambiguity.** Answer questions about unclear owners, dates, and commitments.
4. **Approve follow-up.** Review the task list and message before anyone is notified.

## Starter instruction

From the approved meeting notes or transcript, extract decisions, action items, owners, deadlines, open questions, and risks. Quote the supporting passage for each item. If an owner or date is unclear, ask instead of guessing. Prepare the follow-up message and task list, but do not send or assign work until I approve it.
